As a key component of modern forklifts and other industrial vehicles, the intelligent touchscreen display is mainly used to show real‑time critical status information during vehicle operation.
This information includes working status, travel speed, angle offset, alarm prompts, fault codes, and more, providing drivers with comprehensive vehicle monitoring capabilities.
The display communicates with other electrical systems on the vehicle via the CAN bus, capable of parsing and displaying data from other electronic devices. It also supports parameter adjustment for certain components directly through the display, greatly improving overall vehicle management efficiency.
Suitable for both electric and internal combustion forklifts, the display shows real‑time key data such as battery voltage/state of charge, fuel level/water temperature, fork height, load weight, operating hours, and mileage.
In addition, the display integrates multiple practical functions including fault code display, alarm notifications (overspeed, low power, etc.), and maintenance reminders. The interface can be easily switched via the touchscreen for intuitive and convenient operation.
It features a 3.97‑inch TFT‑LCD screen with a resolution of 800 × 480, ensuring sharp and clear visuals.
In terms of design, the display supports both bracket mounting and flush mounting to suit different vehicle models.
It has an IP65 protection rating, operates stably within a temperature range of −30°C to +70°C, and supports a wide input voltage range (DC 15–108V), making it suitable for various harsh working conditions.
