Admin 2026-04-15

On January 13, 2026, led by General Manager Guo Jianguo, the technical teams from Hangzhou Fengle Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated company Zhejiang Shineneng Drive Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. visited Zhejiang University for in-depth technical exchanges with Secretary Liu, Professor Shen, Professor Duan and the expert team from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University. The two sides held fruitful discussions on industry-university-research cooperation models, product R&D demands and future joint innovation directions, focusing on key fields including intelligent obstacle avoidance systems and potential energy recovery technologies.
Focus on Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance Systems: Enhancing Safety and Intelligence of Industrial Vehicles
General Manager Guo Jianguo pointed out that the core challenge currently faced by the company in the R&D of intelligent obstacle avoidance systems lies in the accurate identification and reliable perception of targets such as personnel, equipment and goods in complex environments. The system is required to achieve rapid response at low speeds and within an effective distance of approximately 10 meters, which places high demands on sensing technologies and algorithms.
Secretary Liu of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University stated that the school has a solid research foundation in mechanical vision, intelligent perception and other fields, and can provide cutting-edge algorithm support and technical solutions for enterprises. The two sides conducted professional discussions on vision and sensor fusion technologies, with in-depth exchanges focusing particularly on the difficulties in sensor layout for engineering vehicles in actual operation.
Innovative Potential Energy Recovery Technology: Achieving Energy Conservation, Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
The company’s innovative achievements in the field of potential energy recovery were highlighted. Through a unique energy recovery system, this technology converts potential energy generated during forklift descent into electric energy, and has currently realized approximately 40% energy consumption recovery for hydraulic systems. This innovative technology not only delivers remarkable energy-saving benefits to customers, but also reduces overall costs by optimizing battery configuration.
Secretary Liu spoke highly of this technology, noting that it aligns with the national "Dual Carbon" goals and carries important industrial and social value. The School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University is willing to provide support in technical optimization and system integration, so as to jointly promote the industrial application and implementation of this innovative technology.
Jointly Establish an Industry-University-Research Cooperation Mechanism to Accelerate the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements
During the discussion on cooperation models, Secretary Liu put forward a three-level cooperation framework: first, take specific technical projects as the starting point to establish a joint R&D team; second, build a joint R&D center to form a long-term cooperation mechanism; and ultimately, build a leading technological innovation platform for the industry. This proposal received a positive response from General Manager Guo Jianguo.
As a supplier to many mainstream OEMs, Fengle Electronic Technology boasts abundant application scenarios and market resources, and looks forward to accelerating technological breakthroughs and product innovation through in-depth cooperation with Zhejiang University. He particularly emphasized that the enterprise will fully support the construction of the joint R&D center and provide practical platforms and industrialization channels for teachers and students of the school.
This exchange has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between the two parties. Representatives from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhejiang University will lead a team to conduct an on-site inspection of the enterprise at an appropriate time to gain an in-depth understanding of application scenarios and technical needs, and jointly promote the fruitful outcomes of industry-university-research cooperation.
