This Hall-effect speed sensor, based on the Hall effect principle, accurately monitors the rotational speed of forklift motors and wheels in real time. It reliably converts speed signals into pulse signals and transmits them to the vehicle’s control system, seamlessly enabling full-scenario functionality including vehicle speed measurement, overspeed warning, and intelligent speed control.
Key Advantages
1. No mechanical friction or wear ensures precise detection and stable signals even under long-term, high-frequency operating conditions. Service life far exceeds that of traditional mechanical sensors.
2. Wide voltage range and full electrical compatibility. With an ultra-wide operating voltage of DC9~30V (rated at DC24V), it is compatible with the original electronic control systems of all DC12 V/DC24 V internal combustion and lithium-ion forklifts, allowing for seamless, non-invasive installation.
3. H59 high-strength brass housing. Robust mechanical structure with excellent resistance to oil and corrosion. IP67 ultra-high protection rating ensures waterproof, insect-proof, and dust-proof performance, delivering stability and durability in harsh operating conditions.
4. Precise and sensitive sensing parameters. Wide sensing range of 0.5–3 mm, standard 1.5 mm pitch, and customizable 350 mm lead length. Exceptionally strong signal anti-interference capability.
5. Stable operation across an ultra-wide temperature range. Supports all-weather operation from -30°C to +70°C; maintains high-precision, stable detection even in harsh environments with oil, dust, and strong vibrations.
Products can be customized and designed to meet specific customer requirements.
